Woman falls from Killiney Hill

A woman has been airlifted to hospital this afternoon after she fell from Killiney Hill.

A woman has been airlifted to hospital this afternoon after she fell from Killiney Hill.

The woman had been out walking in the scenic area of South Co Dublin when she slipped and fell into a nearby quarry, just before 2pm.

The injured woman has been taken to Tallaght hospital.

The Dublin Coastguard helicopter assisted in the rescue.
