Abuse inquiry 'will have full support of priests'

The President of the National Conference of Priests has said that the independent child abuse commission will have the full support of all priests.

Seven people have been appointed to the commission, which will investigate what bishops knew about complaints of sex abuse and how they were dealt with.

Fr John Littleton also criticised the media for "failing to find balance" in their reporting of clerical sex abuse.
