Bin Laden tells wedding guests about 'wound of Jerusalem'

Alleged terrorist Osama bin Laden told guests at his son's wedding that Israel's occupation of Jerusalem was a wound which made him boil.

Alleged terrorist Osama bin Laden told guests at his son's wedding that Israel's occupation of Jerusalem was a wound which made him boil.

He was shown on Qatar's Al-Jazeera satellite channel reciting a poem at the wedding in the Afghan city of Kandahar.

Bin Laden is a Saudi dissident believed to direct a global terrorist network from his Afghan exile.

He has vowed in the past to fight the "enemies of Islam" - an apparent reference to the United States, Israel and the Saudi royal family.

An emotional bin Laden said during the ceremony: "The wound of Jerusalem is making me boil. Its suffering is making me burn from within."

Footage of Tuesday's wedding was first shown by Al-Jazeera on Wednesday, but did not include the elder bin Laden speaking.

The bride was not shown and her name was not given.
