Health care giant Johnson & Johnson has posted a 33 % increase in fourth-quarter profit , led by increased sales for its drugs, medical devices and health products.
The group reported net profit of $1.85bn (€146 bn), or 62 cents per share. A year earlier, net profit was $1.38bn (€109bn), or 46 cents per share.
Johnson & Johnson has reported double-digit growth in net profit for 19 years in a row. The New Jersey based company has eight operations in Ireland employing over 1,000 people.
