The Government has published its Disabilities Bill, which aims to protect the rights of people with disabilities

The Government has published its Disabilities Bill, which aims to protect the rights of people with disabilities.

Under the terms of the bill, all buses and taxis must be accessible to the disabled by 2010.

Junior Minister Mary Wallace believes it will deliver rights for those living with disabilities.
