US Open: Woods still bookies favourite

Tiger Woods is still 6-4 favourite to win the US Open with bookmakers William Hill despite currently standing at three over par after nine holes of his rain-interrupted first round.

Phil Mickelson, level after completing his opening round, is 13-2 second favourite, with David Duval at 10-1 and Sergio Garcia 11-1.

Current leaders Retief Goosen and Hale Irwin, both three under after seven and 18 holes respectively, are 33-1 and 40-1.
