The full US Ryder Cup team are practising at the K Club on Monday and Tuesday, but the public won't be allowed in due to "health and safety reasons" .

US captain Tom Lehman said it was a big disappointment as he wanted to meet as many Irish and European fans as possible ahead of next month's big clash.

Lehman's wild card picks for the K Club are Stewart Cink and Scott Verplank, who join Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Jim Furyk, Chad Campbell, David Toms, Chris DiMarco and four rookies - Vaughn Taylor, JJ Henry, Zach Johnson and Brett Wetterich.
