Glasgow Celtic are to hold football in the community courses in Ireland throughout the summer.

Glasgow Celtic are to hold football in the community courses in Ireland throughout the summer.

Celtic in the Community was launched in Glasgow in July 2003, and following a pilot project in Letterkenny at Easter.

Courses are now being set up in Dublin, Donegal, Waterford, Limerick, Dundalk and Sligo.

Celtic's Head of Youth Tommy Burns said: "It is fantastic that Celtic has introduced a Community Programme which provides opportunities for young people to practise their skills and meet new friends."
