Jane Seymour is selling her English country house after a long-running feud with local residents over parties held at her home.

Jane Seymour is selling her English country house after a long-running feud with local residents over parties held at her home.

The star was embroiled in a legal battle with her neighbours in Bath, England, over her €14m mansion's 24-hour entertainment licence, which residents wanted amended or completely revoked.

Despite winning a victory in court over her neighbours last month, Seymour has sold St Catherine's Court for an undisclosed sum.

Hein van Vorstenbosch, the property's estate manager, says: "We can't really comment on the details, but I can confirm that the property was recently sold."

Earlier this year, Seymour branded her neighbours' accusations "a storm in a teacup", and maintains the last party held at her home was in 2004.

The actress is currently living in Malibu, California, but had been renting the British property for €19,000-a-week to wealthy guests including pop star Robbie Williams and rock band Radiohead.
