The Government has released a further €4m under the jobs initiative.

The Government has released a further €4m under the jobs initiative.

Minister for Public and Commuter Transport Alan Kelly has announced a number of sustainable travel projects as part of the initiative's Smarter Travel Funding Package.

According to the Minister, the investment will create over 330 jobs. Some €10m has already been given to job-intensive sustainable travel projects.

Counties Cavan, Donegal, Limerick, North Tipperary, Waterford are among the main beneficiaries.
