Grammy and Brit award winners U2 will play Slane Castle on the August 25.

Grammy and Brit award winners U2 will play Slane Castle on the August 25.

After months of speculation, the concert will go ahead with tickets on sale on the March 10.

The show will mark the 20th anniversary of U2's only previous appearance at the Co. Meath venue when they supported Thin Lizzy.
