Top comedians from Ireland and abroad will perform at 20 separate venues at the second Bulmers International Comedy Festival, it emerged today.
The festival will return to Dublin from September 5 to 25.
There will be gigs from homegrown comedians like Niall Toibin, Des Keogh, Rosaleen Linehan and Dylan Moran. Others on the bill include Denis Leary and friends, Ross Noble, David Strassman, Lee Evans, Jimeoin, Ennio Marchetto, The Umbilical Brothers and Dirty Sanchez.
Bulmers marketing manager Stephen Kent said the festival was firmly established as the second biggest comedy festival in Europe
“With famous international artists like Denis Leary joining comedic Irish legends like Niall Toibin, we look forward to building the Bulmers International Comedy festival into Europe’s biggest comedy festival,” he said.
