Ireland named among World's biggest drinkers
A new report on work drinking trends has ranked Ireland at number 2 for alcohol consumption, second only to Luxembourg.
Complaints from the Drinks Industry Group of Ireland have led to the country being relegated to sixth however, alongside Romania.
The report measures the amount of alcohol bought and consumed per capita head.
