Ricardo Rocha was restored to Tottenham’s starting line-up for the Barclays Premiership clash against Bolton at White Hart Lane.
Centre-back Anthony Gardner was missing with a hip injury so Rocha, the January signing from Benfica, came in for his second league start.
Replacing Gardner was Spurs’ only change from the side that defeated Everton in midweek.
Bolton were looking to take advantage of Arsenal being in the Carling Cup final, with Sam Allardyce’s men knowing a win would take them into fourth.
Allardyce brought in Abdoulaye Faye as Tal Ben Haim was suspended, and Nicky Hunt was also drafted back into the line-up.
