Two tries from Donnacha O’Callaghan helped Cork Cork Constitution to turn the game in their favour at Stradbrook.
Meanwhile Blackrock just failed to get the bonus point after Conor Mahoney put over a last second drop-goal to seal an eight point win.
Rock had lead by six points at the break, but failed to score for 25 minutes of the second half.
During this time Con had worked up an unbeatable 13 point lead, scoring three of their four tries of the day.
